The Boys Varsity Golf team started their WPIAL Section 4 play at home at Meadowink Golf Course (par 36) with a win over the Plum Mustangs 182-243. The Panthers were led by senior Michael Wareham shooting a 1-under par round 35. Highlighting the round was an eagle on the 507 yard – par 5 hole #1. Also scoring for the Panthers were Luke Kimmich (36), Jeff Anderchak (36), Zach Abdallah (37) and Nolan Shilling (38),
The Panthers are 1-0 in Section 4 play and 2-0 on the season with two second place finishes during tournament play this year. Section play continues on Friday as the Panthers host the Gators of Gateway.
